• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rk7777 holds its operating licence. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question of their existence, validity, or termination — shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set out below.
